Nutrition Counseling with a Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Be You Be Wholesome is not only about weight loss and health foods; it is, moreover, the map for an overall wellness journey to help individuals understand their bodies and make choices that allow them to thrive and live their best life. I have developed the tools and provide the necessary support to teach my clients how to nourish their bodies to feel their best.

One-on-One Nutrition Counseling

  • Individual nutrition counseling with Lauren. Lauren will teach you the importance of a Be You Be Wholesome lifestyle and what choices to make when it comes to fueling your body and feeling your best. Lauren will tailor your sessions to fit your lifestyle and individual goals.

  • Each session is 60 minutes via FaceTime, PC or in person.

  • Best for individuals who do not want a structured meal plan, but an overall guide.


1 Week Meal Plan

  • One 30 minute phone consultation plus One week meal plan consisting of 7 days. Be You Be Wholesome will create an overall wholesome meal plan so you can start living a wholesome life. You will receive breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner, along with supplement recommendations. We will also provide all of our recipes, brands we love and a grocery list.

  • Meal plan options are great for individuals who prefer structure and guidance when it comes to making meals.


Custom Meal Planning (1 Month)

  • One 30 minute phone consultation with Lauren, one month meal plan consisting of 5 days per week worth of customized meals that fit your lifestyle and nutrition needs and one cookbook of choice (cookbook & ebook format). Be You Be Wholesome will send you a Q&A to get a better understanding of your day-to-day schedule, allergies, likes/dislikes etc. We will then create a wholesome meal plan that is tailored and customized just for you. You will receive breakfast, snacks (AM/PM), lunch and dinner, along with supplement recommendations. We will also provide all of our recipes, brands we love and a grocery list.


Custom Meal Planning (3 Months)

Commit to a Be You Be Wholesome lifestyle by signing up for 3 custom meal planning months while saving money for yummy meals! Details are the same as 1 month custom meal planning package.


VIP Package

  • 3 months (with 5 days worth for each week) of meal plans

  • 1 copy of each Be You Be Wholesome Cookbook(s) or E-book(s)

  • Assessments and questionnaire of client goals

  • 1 hour follow up meeting 1x per month via FaceTime or PC

  • Direct contact with Lauren through email if you have questions, concerns or need a little pep talk.

  • Grocery store tour, pantry and fridge detox and herbal supplement recommendations (In-Person San Diego only/Via FaceTime for out of State clients).
