My goal for BYBW is to provide educated support and knowledge for individuals who need guidance when it comes to healing their bodies. This is not a 30-day challenge; it is not about deprivation or cutting out favorite foods. My method teaches a healthy mindset for a lifetime of health and happiness. It is about learning your own body and learning to fuel it with proper nutrition. It allows individuals to indulge in their favorite foods in moderation, teaches portion control, and ultimately changes the way the client thinks about food.
At Be You Be Wholesome, we take pride in developing a healthy relationship with food and choosing high quality fuel for the body, allowing it to perform its best. Once a client stops obsessing about exterior goals and starts working on healing from the inside out, the real changes start happening; that is when someone begins living a wholesome lifestyle. Then, before you know it, the body starts working efficiently to heal itself and those exterior changes emerge.
